PIMS provides support and services for work undertaken, the management of which would benefit from a project-based approach. The Company has developed methodologies to manage effectively the "integrity" aspects of engineering and construction projects. These comprise: probabilistic and Monte Carlo risk management; interface and change management; competence assurance; verification and validation of the quality of manufactured equipment and supplies; working with suppliers and contractors to streamline delivery in the supply chain. The Company has a strong track record in the upstream oil sector well engineering and construction activity.
