PIVOT Work Breakdown Structure (Commitments)

 

Below is a sample screen taken from the PIVOT Work Breakdown Structure Commitments Module.

The Commitments Module is used to create, edit and delete the Commitment work elements

  • Commitments (CM)

    • The Commitments module attaches Commitments to your project and keeps a running total rolled upto level C and phases the level C value over 1 to 60 Periods as required.

    As the Commitments cannot exceed the Budgets + Variation Orders this stops Commitments being raised when there is not sufficient budget funds available.
