Below is a sample screen taken from the PIVOT Work Breakdown Structure Contracts Module.

The Contracts Module is used to create, edit and delete the Contract work elements. This will then allow the Project Engineers to Raise the Purchase Orders in the Verification Module.

The Contracts module attaches Contracts to your project and keeps a running total rolled upto level C and phases the level C value over 1 to 60 Periods as required. As the Contracts cannot exceed the Commitments this stops contracts being approved when the commitment has not been authorised.

Once a Contract has been authorised (AFE) Purchase Orders complete with specifications can be raised in the Verification Module to the total value of the Contract at Level C.
